Our Vitamin D3 liquid is crafted with organic and vegan friendly ingredients to support your family's immune health and vitality.

Directions: Shake well. For adults, take 1/2 ml (25 drops) daily and for children ages 4 and up, take 5 drops daily or as directed by a physician.

Ingredients: Vitamin D3 (as cholecalciferol from lichen), Other ingredients: organic coconut MCT oil, organic orange oil.

Each bottle contains 60 - 300 servings, depending on how it is used. 

Servings-

Adult - 25 drops = 125 mcg = 5,000 IU

Kids - 5 drops  = 25 mcg = 1,000 IU

Adjust servings as needed or as recommended by your doctor.
