Directions: Use 1 tsp of magnesium cream. For a restful and relaxing night, apply to the bottom of the feet before bedtime. For relief from aches and soreness, apply directly to the desired area as needed.

Ingredients: Distilled water, magnesium, mango butter, stearic acid, emulsifying wax, almond oil, avocado oil, apricot kernel oil, jojoba oil, raspberry seed oil, sesame oil, optiphen, lavender and peppermint essential oils.
